Bundrick Island
Not really an island, this peninsula on Lake Murray has several dirt roads and hiking trails, plus a sandy beach.
Corley Park
Park has picnic shelters with grills, a playground area, and a water spray that operates 12:00PM to 8:30PM daily, Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Crooked Creek Park
Creek Park is a state-of-the-art recreation complex that opened in 1994. It is a 53,000 square-foot Community Center with full gymnasium, racquetball courts, fitness areas, indoor walking track and meeting rooms.
Gilbert Community Park
Community Park has a 300 seat amphitheater and covered picnic areas.
Granby Garden Park
This large park is located on the grounds of the Cayce City Hall Complex. There is a playground, sheltered picnic tables, a stream with bridges, walking trails, and a gazebo. Off-street parking is available and restrooms are nearby in the municipal buildings.
Virginia Hylton Park
The playground area has plenty of well-maintained equipment, including a digging toy. The equipment has sections for both smaller children and bigger kids too. There is even a special playground for children with special needs.
Irmo Town Park
With a path, concert gazebo, benches and gliders it is a great place to come with a picnic or just let the kids run around. With beautiful vintage-looking lamp posts, terraces, and a creek flowing into a pond with a fountain, the park is small but peaceful.
Guignard Park
This wooded park offers a relaxing break from the surrounding shopping and business district in Cayce. A creek runs thru the park which is in a valley with walking paths and picnic tables.
Hilton Recreation Area
This small recreation area on Lake Murray is maintained by SCE&G. It offers 2 picnic shelters and a boat ramp. There is a floating dock alongside the boat ramp for easy loading and unloading of passengers. Public restrooms are available. There is no fee.
SCE&G Park
The park on the east side of the dam has restrooms, picnic tables, and a boat ramp. The boat ramp will remain open while the lake levels are lowered.
Gibson Pond Park
15-acre heavily wooded park with an easy to follow loop trail. Picnic shelters, rest rooms, and a fishing dock.
