Nancy Thomas has built her real estate career from the inside out: working first as a licensed real estate appraiser and also an as an investor and property manager. Her success in market analysis, property valuation, and investment strategy lead her into a traditional real estate sales career to enable her to share her expertise and assist others in achieving this same success. Now licensed as a Broker, Nancy offers her clients over 20 years of comprehensive real estate experience in the Columbia market.

In addition to a wealth of experience, Nancy also has a strong educational background that adds value to her real estate services. She holds a degree in English and Public Relations from Freed- Hardeman University, a Christian college located in West Tennessee. Nancy also graduated with honors from Tennessee Technological University with a B.S. Degree in Education with dual minors in Mathematics and Sociology. In addition she excelled in the extensive real estate-specific coursework required to obtain her South Carolina Appraiser, Salesman, and Broker licenses.

Extra: Nancy and her husband, Danny, make their home in West Columbia. They home-schooled their two sons, Jake and Ethan, both now successful college students. Nancy and Danny are working members of Palmetto Church of Christ in Irmo. They have a heart for service to children, including TORCH missions in Honduras and serving as foster parents to medically fragile children. They enjoy family times, reading, traveling, and spending time on beautiful Lake Murray.
