After being open for just under a year in Lexington, SC Exit Real Estate Consultants has expanded to a new, state of the art 3200 square foot office space.  This new space will give the company some much needed space for current operations and will allow for the future growth and expansion of the company.   During this trying time for the economy as a whole, and real estate in particular, this is a positive move for the company and will surely enhance the productivity of the agents.  Given the market conditions over the last year, we are thrilled with the position of our company in our market and look forward to a great year.  Feel free to stop in and visit us in the Hope Ferry Center, Suite 3 in Lexington, SC.

 

The Lexington market saw a huge spike this week in listings and sales.  Irmo sales and listings were both up making positive ground.  Lake Murray listings picked up some and sales were actually very good compared to last week.  Chapin had a good listing week but slower on the sales side.  Columbia and Northeast Columbia both saw big jumps in listngs and very positive moves on the sales side.  The market is still very volatile, but the psoitive increases are reflecting some pent up demand and a good supply of homes.  It is still a great buyers market!
